County-Level Library Planning

System staff are available to assist member county governments with the process of creating and maintaining plans of library service under section 43.11 of the Wisconsin State Statutes. This service is provided at the request of individual counties.

The system also serves as a funding clearinghouse for each member county for the purpose of requesting, distributing, and coordinating payments of county funding to libraries under section 43.12 of the Wisconsin State Statutes.
